* Added members to the working Partnership Board comprising representatives from private universities, public universities, two-year public colleges, Illinois Principals' Association, Illinois Center for National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, Regional Offices of Education, Illinois Education Association, the new teacher pool, Illinois Association of School Administrators, Illinois Federation of Teachers, Illinois State Board of Education, Chicago Civic Committee, school districts, business, and interested guests
* Established a smaller Executive Board for guidance on all INTC policies and activities
* Formed work groups to accomplish specific action items
