Jake Palmer & Maddie Wright
Building a robust mentoring and induction program in your district can be tough. Where do you start? Who needs to be involved? It's the harsh reality that staff is turning over like never before. As school leaders, we need to embrace this reality and do everything we can to support & ensure new teachers’ success.
