2022 Leadership Conference:

The INTC Annual Conference titled, Building Supportive Systems: Addressing Teacher Shortages Through Induction and Training, was held in person on March 8-9, 2022. The conference featured keynote speaker Angelica Frankling, along with two days of breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and insider tips networking lounge. In addition, INTC hosted two panel discussions featuring moderators Nancy Latham and Topper Steinman.

2021  Leadership Conference:

The INTC Annual Conference titled, Investing in Excellence: Supporting and Sustaining New Teachers in Challenging Times, was held virtually on February 23-24, 2021. The conference featured keynote speakers Justin Johnson, 2021 Illinois Teacher of the Year, and Kate Lee, 2021 Illinois Early Career Educator of the Year, along with two-days of breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and insider tips networking lounge. In addition, INTC hosted two panel discussions featuring the 2021 Illinois Elementary and Secondary Regional and Ancillary Teachers of the Year.

2020  Leadership Conference:

The INTC Annual Leadership Conference titled, Attracting and Retaining High-Quality Teachers, was held on February 25-26, 2020 at the iHotel and Conference Center in Champaign, Illinois. The working conference featured a keynote address by Richard Ingersoll and many breakout sessions focused on developing effective induction and mentoring programs and mentor/mentee support.
